WorkSafe WA has advised that legislation that came into effect on 31st July 2009 has brought about significant changes to construction induction training.

Basically, the expiry date on existing Blue Cards has been expunged and there is now no need for holders to do refresher training. All new entrants will have to obtain the new nationally recognised ‘White Card’.

CCF WA will soon be in a position to deliver the new training package online or in a classroom setting. Members will be advised as soon as we are up and running.
